Ordered through the app for carryout… order was quick and easy. My order was completed pretty quick. Food was hot and very good.. my only complaint is that I would have liked the toppings placed on the pizza a little better. Most of the toppings were in the middle of the pizza and all the kids were wanting the slices in the middle and not the outside pieces

Pizza is usually good but sometimes is rushed and you can tell it has been pulled from the oven way to early. This pizza hut has definitely seen its better days and really has become an eye sore to our small little town. Of course the experience of being able to just sit down and enjoy your pizza fresh from the oven has been taken away due to closing the dining option. This establishment really needs to be torn down and replaced with a new building before the next high winds blow through and decides to do it first 🙂 come on Winchester pizza hut it’s time for a fresh start. We make the extra drive to the mountain just so we can enjoy being able to sit and enjoy pizza straight from the kitchen.

Terrible management and service…I am new to the are and Each time I have ordered (3tines) there has been several issues with each order. From missing or wrong product to a few out of place stale ingredients that were not supposed to even be in that item. As well as a promised delivery time of 28 minutes that was well over a hour not once, but twice. Just for fun I after my food was delivered so late …. I looked to see what the eta delivery time was. Yes, still 28 minutes lol. Basically they just want you to order and it will get there when they feel like it and you can only hope it is somewhat edible or close to what it is supposed to be. I am surprised it is only a 3.5 rating…. On my experience it is 0.5 and I will never order from them again…. I had old stale pasta mixed in with chicken wings … nasty and gross and can only imagine how bad it really is in that kitchen

I was on the fence about this location since the last time I ordered food there. The employees were not exactly what one would call friendly, nothing there looked clean (including them), and my food was late. But hey, everyone and every place had a bad day, right? So I gave them another chance today, and the experience was far worse. They were rude, basically calling my wife a liar, she had to insist on getting stuff she had paid for, there was confusion about when our food would be/was done, and they packaged our Cinnamon Sticks with our Cheese Sticks. This location is definitely one to avoid. I only gave it one star since I couldn’t give it half, or zero.

We were camping a Twin Creek RV and the night before the heater went out. Got zero sleep, no shower the next day, cause no hot water. Friday, they came out fixed heater. Took hot shower, ordered the best, hot meat-lovers pizza ever from Winchester Pizza hut and was a happy camper. These folks are wonderful!!! Our Pizza Hut in Panama City Beach can’t even come close to these folks and their service!!!! Thank YOU!

Ordered my pizza at 5:13. It didn’t show up till 6:17 even tho the app said it would be delivered by 5:45. Very disappointed after a long day at work to come home to that.

Fast friendly service. We wanted the buffet but it wasn’t out yet. We did take advantage of a special to mix up their flavors of wings so that we could try a couple of flavors. The salad bar was pretty well stocked & fresh. The biggest problem for us here was that we are a bit limited getting up & down from distances and found that the booths were a bit worn, for lack of a better way of explaining, they seemed to be very low & lacking in spring support. We of course didn’t check out others that were empty they could have been better than the one we were in…they did they tables with chairs in the back of the restaurant but we didn’t go back that far. The main things though was that the place was clean,the food was good, responsibly priced and the staff was helpful & friendly.
