Enjoyed dinner at the Shack. They have a nice variety on the menu. The seafood was good but not as good as some of our other meals while on vacation. Beautiful view of the water and the boats. Service was very good.

Food and service were absolutely amazing. Was on a work trip and someone had recommend to give it a try. Well, I would say it did not disappoint! The crab dip and the gumbo were just perfect. If you are into crab and creme cheese, the crab dip will be a one that you must try. Also, out of all the specialty drinks that they made, the rum runner was the best one…not too sweet and not too weak.

Our group was in town for a vacation week and we were really looking forward to some great seafood. I’m not sure if we just arrived at The Shack on an off day or what, but the food was terrible. The shrimp po boy sandwich had bread that was clearly old. I ended up just eating the shrimp out of the sandwich and they were ‘fine.’ One in our group got fried clam strips. They were tiny little chunks of clam that looked like they could have been purchased at the local grocery store. The potatoes were beautifully cut, but also lacked flavor. What a disappointment for such an expensive meal. I will say that the service was delightful. Our waitress was very attentive and clearly she had nothing to do with the poor-quality food. If you want GREAT seafood, do yourself a favor and go to Stewby’s instead.

Great little spot on the Harbor. Food was excellent I had the grilled Mahi redfish and shrimp. All were well prepared and excellent. The only downside was that my food was brought out from someone in the kitchen who promptly left. And my waitress was nowhere to be found for a full 15 minutes so I decided to eat my food without the extras I wanted I didn’t even get my salad till after my meal and after having to ask for it again! A great spot that was sullied by poor timing on the waitresses part. But as waitresses vary, I definitely recommend it for the food.

They know what they’re doing, and you can tell! Making customers happy is their main priority. Food is great, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. our bill was approximately $160.oo, which included probably the most expensive item in the menu. 2 Shack classic platters (the pick 3) A fish bowl drink that we shared the best Keylime pie, I think I’ve ever had. And our server was very nice. Definitely recommend

Right on the water. Cannot get fresher seafood unless you eat it on the boat when caught. Fried green tomato appetizer is sooooo good. Everything g was well prepared. Service was prompt. Good choice of adult beverages with local options.

Really fun spot for a meal or beverage looking out over the water. The seafood is fresh, the fries are seasoned, and the service is snappy. Dine under the covered patio or an umbrella and enjoy the fresh gulf coast breeze. Parking is sparce – you might consider parking across the street at City Hall.

This was some of the best seafood I have had. We came down for a weekend and was recommended here by our hotel. It was a long waiting list of 1 hour, but it was well worth it. The staff was amazing.
