I gave 5 stars for the service only because the manager working today(Saturday) he is so friendly and radiates positive vibes . Otherwise it would honestly be a 2/3 for the past week . The workers seem untrained, clustered and frustrated. I come to this location and another location daily and this one compared to the one on 142 pacific just don’t line up 142nd they have usually 3 people working and all of them are friendly regardless of how busy it is. For how busy this location is there just isn’t a lot of workers. I’m not sure if it’s because a lot of people that want to come to work and just don’t work or the lack of training. (I worked in the service industry for 12 years ) before I became a nurse.

Honestly have no idea what is happening at this location but I would recommend not going here if you are looking for a place that is even relatively fast. Waited in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the order part myself they said it would be a minute and them just never came back. I sat there for 8 minutes and finally just drove off because I could by that point. If you are stuck behind cars you can’t get out and will be trapped, so seriously don’t try if you have less than 30 minutes to get food. They used to be fine but it looks like they hired a bunch of methheads. I’ll drive to 72nd now to avoid this one even though it’s closer because it’s still faster to drive farther and I don’t have to worry who’s making my food.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has the absolute longest wait times. On more than one occasion, you are stuck waiting in the drive-through line for more than 15 to 20 minutes without any service waiting. Worst worst drive thru in Omaha and horrible customer service.

Look, I almost never write reviews for anything. But I just spent 45 minutes locked in the Dunkin’ Donuts drive through lane, behind just three cars. It took 45 minutes for me to to move from the third spot in line up to the speaker (multiple cars behind me or I would have left). I refused to order at the speaker, was late for work, and will not be returning to the Center street store again.

I’m a big fan of Dunkin, but this was the most stressful Dunkin experience I’ve had. Staff was all over but somehow not making it through any orders, and a few times had to ask people waiting for drinks wait they were waiting on. The lobby was also crazy messy. Not coming back.

After walking up to the online purchases counter and being stared at by three different employees without anyone asking if they could help me, I walked over to the regular order counter where someone pleasantly acknowledged me with a smile on her face. I got my iced caramel macchiato and headed to my vehicle. I noticed it tasted like flavored milk with no coffee in it. I should have known something was wrong because I didn’t even see any coffee on top like I usually do. I hit the drive-thru and they remade it for me. I will say that it tasted better however there ws still very little coffee in it. I didn’t bother asking for them to remake it because obviously the store owners don’t care what a Dunkin’ Donuts macchiato should be or they would train at least one person how to properly make a one. Just go to the website and compare that to what they made me.

I’m not sure what the point of online ordering is if I can walk in and get my order faster. Placed my online order, 20 minutes later I got to the store, then had to wait another 20 minutes before they even started making it. All while people who walked in and orders got theirs before I was even acknowledged.

It’s designed primarily as a drive-thru so when you go inside, don’t expect to see a display case of freshly baked donuts and pastries. In fact, they may well run out of actual donuts long before closing time. Our service was friendly and informative, no complaint there, but choosing our donuts from a try of “what’s left” was not the Dunkin’ experience we were hoping for. The coffee, as usual, was great. They even brewed a fresh pot for us.

I received the worst customer service at this location. The place is always understaffed and employees are running around like crazy taking it out on waiting customers. Rude and unacceptable customer service. I asked the manager to call me and i received no follow up call back. They don’t care about customers. Save yourself a bad experience and go some place else.
