The pho was on point, and the bahn mi was probably the best I had in Florida yet. Get the pork banh mi with extra veggies, put a line of Sriracha on it, and you will thank me later. I’m lao and I love viet food. This I can say is pretty close to home cooked … when moms not around. Hot paps in the back cooking and you can tell. Real chili peppers on the bar with hot oil. That’s really rare in any restraunt…. I will not hesitate to go again or recommend it to a loved one. Pho bowl let’s go.

I will forever be a Pho Bowl fan. I eat here at least 4 times a week at both locations. I ate at the Palm Harbor location and when they moved to New Port Richey I followed 🙂

Fast casual place serving yummy food with vegetarian options. Complimentary shrimp chips (delish) and a self-service water station and bar to get bean sprouts, basil, and jalapenos. They also have smoothies. Also they put a good amount of cilantro into the pho and spring rolls, so if you’re someone who dislikes cilantro, let them know!

This is a vegan friendly spot! Order at the counter, then have a seat. The decor is basic and clean. My vegan friend ordered tofu summer rolls and tofu pho with a vegetable base. I had the summer rolls as well with a chicken pho. When you eat in the restaurant you serve yourself the soup greens; lime, basil, jalapeño, etc. The food was fresh and tasted great!

We decided to try some new restaurants in Clearwater, this one first. The Bahn mi sandwich with Sriracha was excellent. I feared the Sriracha would be too hot. It made all the flavors jump. Restaurant itself is cool and calm.

It’s self-serve here for ingredients you want to add to your soup. But they do bring out your food to your table. Pho soup was as expected, delicious! BUT the thin beef slices and the noodles were stuck together in a clump. I had to “untangle” the noodles. That was a turnoff of my appetite. The pork vegetable rolls were nicely presented, HOWEVER, the pork was a little hard to chew at times and I had to spit out some hard pieces of pork. I would come back only for the soup so they would have to get the pork meat in the rolls right. Would be nice if they served the pork hot or grilled and hot inside the roll. Then it would become a bigger hot-seller in my opinion.
