Made the trip from Stoney Creek to get some dinner. Inwas not disappointed in my choice. The food was hot and fresh. The staff fast and friendly. The restaurant was pretty clean except for a couple tables that hadn’t been cleaned off yet. My dinner choice was Wings and Things and I was satisfied with my choice.

Any time we come at night we get soggy unseasoned fries and our wings are barely sauced. It’s always a disappointment. I heard that they got a new gm about a month or 2 ago so I went back tonight. Clearly the food still sucks.

We waited 20 mins in line. Got sent to the curb to wait. Whenever we got out food, it was the wrong order. We went inside and waited for another 10 minutes to get our food. I get that these are high schoolers working here, but I didn’t think the standards would be this low.

Stopped by to get my husband and myself a delicious Cobb salad with ranch dressing. Service was really slow. It seemed like they were more interested in taking care of the drive thru customers than the walk-in customers. My wait time was 25 minutes.

Went through drive thru was supposed to get cookies, NO COOKIES…. was supposed to get Zax Sauce NO SAUCE… Make sure you include everything in the order a customer shouldn’t have to come to you 3 times to get everything they need.

The curbside pickup is horrible. You arrive and log in that you are here on your email and then wait! Tonight I’ve waited over 20 minutes past the pickup time. And I’m still waiting. And there’s only 3-4 customers in the store. I went in and they hadn’t even started my order. Excuse was they were backed up. Figure it out of turn off the option. I could have gone through the drive through and been home by now!!! 25 minutes and STILL WAITING!!!

For the past 3 times I’ve been to this location there has been something wrong with my order, the first time they forgot my order then the other two times I’ve rather received something wrong or they have forgotten something that I paid for. I’m very sad in here that there’s no more insane sauce. My jam was a buffalo wings and things the wings and the nuclear and the chicken strips in the insane. Overall my experience was okay the lady at the register was new and I was trying to explain to her that I wanted two different sauces on the Wings and Things and she just wasn’t understanding and instead of asking somebody that’s worked there for a while for help she just Shrugged her head. She had no idea that the wings and things were wings and tenders. The place was clean and tidy the food itself was okay but honestly not having the insane sauce is probably a deal breaker for me.
