A very nice place to bring kids, the games are all working unlike other arcades I’ve been to. Food is all very good, and staff is friendly. If you want a break you can go walk in the mall which is just a few feet away. The place is kept clean and there is usually parking if you go to the end of the lot. There is usually a good crowd there, which is to be expected. Overall I am happy with the place the many times I’ve gone and can’t find any negatives about it.

They are extremely understaffed. It took 20 minutes to get service at the bar. Not the bartender’s fault though she was very nice. It was the manager. He was extremely rude and gave us attitude. All he did was stand around and do nothing. Waiting 30 minutes to get something comped is ridiculous especially considering we had somewhere to be.

I took my 2 kids (5 &7) for a couple of hours this weekend and we had lots of fun. We didn’t eat, so I can’t comment on the service or food, but the atmosphere was fun, my kids had a blast, and I didn’t think I spent all that much $ for a solid 2 hours of game play.

Came with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend. After about how hour we went to the food court at the mall to eat. Around 8:30 we came back to continue playing. We were told we couldn’t come in because it’s 21+ we showed our ID. Me and my boyfriend are 24 but my sister and her boyfriend are 15. Apparently the rule is you have to be 25+ to bring in a minor. How does this make sense. They are missing out on a lot of business and they are causing a huge inconvenience. In the 2 min interaction with the security we saw a bunch of other people get turned away. Will not be coming back to this location

First time here. The kids had fun. The games were fun. A bit of an expensive outing. The food isn’t the best but is decent, the service is not all that. Most staff didn’t speak English. Our waitress and bartender seemed a little spread thin but they did their best to make sure we were taken care of. It was so hard getting help for our table, especially in the beginning trying to even find out who was taking it. I purchased a VR ticket only to find out that this establishment doesn’t have any. The bathrooms could use a little once over as the stall were really dirty with poo and toilet tissue on one side and no soap. Overall, would prob attend again once in a blue moon with the kiddos but not on a regular basis.

I went here last night with my spouse and I won’t be going back for the drinks or service. Ordered 2 martinis from the bar that tasted only of olive juice, I swear they forgot the alcohol. After politely mentioning it, the bartender begrudgingly put some in. After that, the bar staff ignored me and was talking about me. Ordered a second martini that was utterly disgusting, it didn’t taste normal. I don’t think these people know how to make a drink, they certainly don’t know how to treat customers. Games were fun!
