First time here rather than subway. Tried to call the store to rectify this but the line just stays busy. I ordered a club that didn’t have bacon or cheese. I paid $13 for a Turkey sandwich I could’ve made at home. The guys attitude just made the entire experience awful. Customer service is no longer.

Beware of ordering online. I ordered two kids sandwiches that were advertised as coming with turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese but we only got turkey and bread. I called to notify the location and spoke with the manager (I think her name was Shay) and she said that’s just how the kids sandwiches came. This is false advertising. Also, I paid for avocado and bacon on my sandwich and the avocado was missing. I wasn’t even offered a refund for that. Make sure you check your sandwiches before you leave the store.

Good sandwiches and cookies, however, you have disabled your phone for weeks, your drive-thru blocks the parking lot and entrance from 39th in 2 or 3 locations and the pot dealer next door has stolen all your parking places. In addition, the pot dealer evidently attracts all the remaining living smokers in Bethany and your lucky if you don’t choke to death coming and going, since you can’t call in your order or use the drive thru. Wad zup wid dat?
