This is definitely the best place in town to eat! The owner and family are super friendly. The tomato’s are fresh and everything had great flavor! This is the second time this week we are here. I’ll be back! Thank you for the great experience!

My husband, daughter and I went here with high expectations due to the reviews. We were very disappointed in the food and the service. I ordered food that included shrimp and it was evident that they had not been de-veined and the p**p shoot had not been cleaned out. I fed it to my dog. My husband’s food did not come out as described and quite honestly, I could have made it better at home. The main waiter acted like I was crazy for ordering a custom enchilada and was very rude to me. I’m sorry, not sorry. Also I was charged $51. Not given a receipt and when I added it up in the menu, it should not have been more than $40.

Our ATV crew ate dinner here while staying in Gilbert. Clean with friendly service. I enjoyed the Fajita Nachos, others liked their food too. Only disappointed by the lack of Margaritas. They do serve beer.

It was right before closing they seated is and took our order no problem. Was so very nice and told us to take our time. I didn’t care for what I got 2 tacos. My husband and his mom’s food was delicious .. steal chicken & shrimp.

My wife and I decided to stop here for some takeout while staying at Twin Hollows Campground & Cabins. My wife is from Oaxaca, Mexico and I love Mexican cuisine. We always try and find great Mexican restaurants when we travel. We took our rented SXS from Mountaintop Adventures down to pickup our meal at Las Brasas (formerly, Los Amigos … but the same owner). The employee who took our order was very nice and the order was exactly as placed. We enjoyed the fried ice cream quickly in the parking lot so it wouldn’t melt. We then headed back to our campsite and had dinner. My Santa Fe Camaron was perhaps the best Mexican dish I’ve ever had. The taste was just unreal. We’ve had Mexican dishes all over the place (From small towns in the middle of nowhere to big cities) and this was right up at the top! 100% recommend this restaurant if you’re anywhere near here, especially if you’re staying at Twin Hollow or somewhere close by.

First time here. My carne asada wasn’t even cut up and had a weird taste. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal but it didn’t taste right to me either. Maybe it was just one of those days?
