The service was extremely lousy. The rice was hard and old and should NOT have been served. The churros also had no sugar on them as if they had been sitting out all day. Everyone in the kitchen is having a good time talking and laughing while serving absolutely horrible food. Will NOT be back

Since this placed opened I have given them 3 tries. All 3 times they were not busy. First time I ordered an original pollo bowl meal with a drink and chips and a double pollo bowl with chips and drink. Did not receive my drinks I called the manager I spoke with said she would put my name on the list second time I meal was missing ideas and this third I placed my order on the app so I could just go inside and pick it up and it said it would be ready in 10-12 mins, tell me why I was there for 24 mins waiting for my meals, I finally went to ask the cashier if my meal was ready and she said they were still waiting on my double pollo bowl. Then I asked her to show me my order since they have been making mistakes not giving my order glad I did or I would have once again left with missing food. I let the cashier know the last time I placed an order they had forgotten to give me my drinks and she went to the manager and she started saying she needed my receipt even though I had spoken with a manager and clearly had said they were going to put my name on the list so I can get my correct order. So I guess this pollo loco is in the business of stealing money and profiting from customers because she made a big deal out drinks they owed me. Manager is rude as hell

I’d give it zero stars if it would let me! This place is ridiculous! They are a chicken restaurant but never have any chicken! The workers are incompetent, and could care less! Will never come back to this location ever again! Maybe corporate should look into why this place is always out of chicken! It’s certainly not because it’s busy! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time coming here!
