Drive-thru at 2 on a Sunday afternoon. I asked for several ketchups with my order. They gave me 2. I asked for several more and they gave me three more. I asked for a few more because I eat a lot of ketchup. The girl straight up told me they didn’t have any more. I told her McDonald’s doesn’t run out of ketchup in the middle of the day and she said they didn’t have any more again. Customer service is something this generation doesn’t understand. And even if you suck at customer service don’t tell an obvious lie to your customer. Show some respect.

Terrible Service! Went through the drive and ordered 2 regular meals, nothing extra. Got asked to pull around the building. After a 15 min wait they came the first time with the wrong order. They went back in and came back 5 min later, again with the wrong order. We sat there 10 more min and decided to go inside. So after waiting 30 min the manager argued with us that she had sent the food out twice and wasn’t going to again. After an argument she finally had them make our correct order.

I just stopped by with a curbside order in chandler, and they didn’t get my order right so my husband walked in to have it corrected. We have had spit in our food before in the past by an employee, and we had a black gentleman who was a cook tonight and a girl who worked drive threw 8:38 tonight. Put off making our order until everyone else was done in the drive threw second window looked to have a piercing mixed female .. we had to sit there for 10 minutes waiting on our burger while the rest of my food sat in car and got cold. When we were leaving both the cook and the girl gave me and my husband nasty looks and literally stared at us the WHOLE TIME, so I reached back and asked if she had a problem. The whole time we were waiting on my food the female was whispering to the black male. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN, and it will be turned into corporate and reported on all business websites and the chandlers local page. Beyond nasty how I’ve been coming here for two years to be mistreated! Will not be returning.

Shop Local … unless it’s this McDonald’s. Look, I have a LOT of patience with local places (unlike my hubby). But I’m done trying to support this local McDonald’s. This morning was the 3rd time we tried to get a breakfast sandwich from here in the last few months and were super disappointed in the quality once more. (yes, I did reviews from the previous receipts; obviously to no avail) I was prepared today though. We arrived with enough time for me to run inside if the food was subpar just incase. The thought was I’d get better service inside if we had a problem and I could try to point out to them that they needed to pay attention to what they were serving. As we feared, we went through the drive-through and one of the sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin’s was super hard … again (the last time the muffin was literally uneatable it was so hard. I couldn’t even bite into it and had to eat the egg, cheese and sausage without it). So, hubby pulled up, I went inside and showed the counter person the difference between the two sandwiches. See, one’s super soft and the other is hard as a rock. She took the hard one and came back with one that she was sure was not overcooked. Huh. Guess I should have opened it and checked it myself. Can ANYONE tell me how you serve this to people? Somebody had to wrap this sandwich and see it was burnt. Where is the quality control? Don’t waste your time and money trying to keep this local in business folks. After reading the reviews from a year ago, I see they aren’t interested in correcting their issues. And let’s talk about the math genius on the register. Our bill was $11.77. We gave them $21.77 since we didn’t have a ten. He tried to give us back $9, struggled to understand the error and still gave us back $10 because we told him what it should be. SMH

I visited this location today at noon and drive thru slamming busy, dine in not so much. Female manager had a melt down. She was yelling at her crew for their slow performance, but her language or tone didn’t stop there. She commenced speaking loudly and openly that I and another customer heard her taking the Lord’s name in vain (gd). I found it very upsetting, because I’m a follower of Christ. I felt like perhaps too the person taking my order was affected by her speech he didn’t show any friendly or happiness to wait on me. His expression was more like I was a burden to him. Too me she doesn’t need to be a manager

Waited almost 10 minutes parked after going through the drive through. My order was wrong twice after that. The poor young lady delivering the food outside was getting the brunt of the workers insides mistakes. She got a tip from me. Food was cold, even the cheese wasn’t at all melted. Horrible experience.

I went through the drive-thru with my mother, and was greeted with the kindest person working the speaker. Amber was helpful, patient, and so positive. When I got to the window I had to request the manager just to brag. Major shoutout to Amber and her manager Q! Great service and food, served with a smile.

Horrible drive thru, Shift manager “Q” was super rude. Had to literally wait in drive thru for over 10 minutes just to get upset and request my funds back for another 10 minute wait. Some people just need more training. I would of fired the person on the spot for what they said to me but doesn’t help when no other managers there. Customer is supposed to be always right. Not sit there and argue with them. Much less it’s supposed to be fast food, it’s not whataburger but they don’t want to make the quarter pounders until they are ordered. Great they are fresh but when your at peak dinner our this stuff should be ready correct? People don’t have time to wait 25 minutes for a darn fast food burger. You can eat at Chili’s quicker than this drive thru! I hope they learn from mistakes. Would even give his name after I asked. Obviously had something to hide. Sad, F- and still didn’t get to eat!
