This location is a JOKE. They get my order wrong almost everytime I’ve been through there. Most of the employees are rude as hell and the female evening manager there is rude and condescending to customers. Would not recommend this location. The poor customer service makes driving a little farther worth it. I would’ve given negative stars if it was a option.

This was only like our second or third time, I believe, going to this specific BK…and it wasn’t really the best experience! The employees seemed nice, the store looked clean, etc… it was the food that was the issue! We got the Have it Your Way $5 meals and our French fries were very dark and tasted like the oil they had been cooked in, was old; and then our chicken nuggets were not completely cooked! Not very pleased with this location…we will stick to the East Stone Dr. location.

Overall the food is made well and the staff puts off a friendly face, giving the impression of a nice establishment. But the bad comes from one thing. That being the wait times unbearableness, most of the time the ordering process wether inside or drive through is relatively fast, but a couple times out of the week it’s absolutely horrendous, with wait times in the 30s of minutes. Other then that it’s a good little place.
