I have ordered several times from here because they have the best fries in town. However, everytime I order the extra fries, and pay for them, they always have to send a driver back out to deliver my fries. This time there were literally 6 fries in my fish and chips dinner and they didn’t send the extra fries that I paid for. Again I’m sitting here with cold food waiting on my cold fries to be delivered.

$37 for a large pizza (which was totally burnt) and 2 steak eggrolls (also burnt). $10.99 per order of eggrolls and they give you 2??? What is happening? I feel so degraded.

I have come here for awhile, but it’s getting bad and this past night was the worst ! Ordered pizza half with cheese and mushrooms the other half with cheese and pepperoni….for delivery…. The hostess said 45 minutes…. Pizza arrived in 20 minutes, toppings all mixed and parts of the pizza had no toppings, and the bottom of pizza was burnt!! All this for $24.88 !!!! I called and the manager said it was the “ old man driver” fault for the topping being everywhere, told me to enjoy the pizza, next time one will be on him!! I won’t be going back here, just terrible service all around!!

This place is obviously for people that own a yacht or something. I’m genuinely Scared to order from here. I’m dropping $50 for a small pizza, fries, poppers and a drink. These mfs make SUREEE u ain’t SPENDING under $20 pizzas good and all but not the attitude.

Twisted’s food is usually great, although there’s been nights where at least one dish is not so hot. We’ve ordered takeout from them many times over the years. Last night we had some of the most disgusting food ever. I had a fish sandwich because they’re usually really good. The fish on the sandwich last night was an inch wide. It barely covered a third of the roll. And to make matters worse, the fish was over cooked, dry and the batter was mostly inedible. There wasn’t anything on the bun. Period. Nothing but the nasty fish filet. Other dishes we got were only slightly better than my sandwich.

Unfortunately my experience at Twisted has progressively declined over the 3 or 4 different times I have ordered from there. More recently and most specifically I ordered a Cobb Salad and a Crispy chicken Salad with a Mediterranean Appetizer with added Gyro. The Cobb salad was ordered with no olives, tomatoes or onion due to a food allergy. That salad came with everything included and therefore was not edible as a result. The Mediterranean appetizer was supposed to come with hummus, tzatziki sauce, olives, and olive oil. We received a box of pita bread and gyro with nothing else. When we attempted to call the restaurant to let them know at around 8:00PM on a weeknight the phone was left to ring, was busy or otherwise would not connect after several calls. I’m sorry to say I’m pretty disappointed in the quality of the order accuracy and lack of communication and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Someone cut there hair over my pizza. Thanks for the credit but that’s dam repulsive no one should get that! Literal Pube lookin hairs. Also the total came to 24 I gave 2 for a tip and got charged 29.50. Check your receipts ppl !!!

Food was Delivered late, pizza was mangled on the side of the box.. told delivery driver to return it and would call for a refund. lady on the phone told assistant she found it really difficult to believe dismissal of what I reported, was informed I’d received a phone call from owner and would Be issued a refund.. that was two months ago… no phone call.. no Refund… thanks for robbing me of 50$… would not recommend (Stay away)
