What a refreshing change of pace! It is so cool when somebody actually tries to do something different these days. My food was fresh and it was all delicious. The menu is very unique and I didn’t see a thing on it that I didn’t want to try. My favorite was the curry chicken tacos! Support local business!

This might be the best restaurant in Lawrence. The loaded fries are incredible! The burritos are absolutely delicious! The agua fresca is so refreshing! I would eat here everyday if it was open that often.

Super yum!!! The vegetarian burritos can easily be made vegan without the cheese and crema, and they already come with guac. These burritos are quite large (they definitely don’t skimp on the fillings!). The staff were very welcoming and chill. You can eat inside or outside. I will definitely come back here as this is my new favorite burrito place in Lawrence! The menu contains peanuts for a couple things, but the staff were good about accommodating a peanut allergy when I was there. Avoid if you have severe allergies.

Their meat and vegetarian options are both amazing. The fries are so loaded I couldn’t eat it all. Their burrito has four different salsas of different heat but even the mild is tastier than most hot sauces. It’s like having a little piece of Colorado in Kansas and I wouldn’t change a thing. Hope this place stays around for a long while yet

Oh. My. God. FINALLY A PLACE THAT UNDERSTANDS THE TERM “LOADED”!!! Usually one must subside on “loaded” fries that are merely drizzled with the good stuff… these are heavy duty, scared to finish it all but too good not to truly loaded fries. Couldn’t be happier with my recent visit. I always loved their food truck and this place clearly brings out the best in their already awesome way of being. Prices so low I kinda felt bad walking out the door with that much food. Highly suggest.

Love JB’s! Got the loaded carnitas fries and they were awesome. Huge portion, great value for $10, could easily share. Absolutely loaded with toppings. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!

My friend and I decided to check this place out. I am a lover of all things wrapped in a tortilla but this place hits different. The flavors are incredible but don’t clash. The spice level was perfect. I got the Chicken Cali Burrito and I can’t wait to try all the others!

I’ve always been a burrito guy at heart, but have love for tacos too. No matter which way you lean, this place is doing it well. JB’s is close to my job, and I’ve eaten there a few times now and tried different things. Kimchi fried rice burrito with Korean beef I’m eating for lunch right now is FIRE! Auga fresca is also a great treat when it’s hot outside.
