We stopped here because we saw a lot of tik toks and reels. We enjoyed the food. We got chicken strips, chicken burger-their famous sweet tea and mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese as well as the dirty rice. The peach honey pepper sauce was sooo good. The biscuit was so buttery and flakey.

We waited for 45 minutes and discovered when we reached home (we live 35 minutes away) that our chicken was raw and rice over cooked. It happens we called the manager they were gracious about it and told us to come back meal on them. We came back and was told no chicken and computers down. Just not our luck to eat there.

This Bojangles is located very close to my house, but it might as well be an hour away- because you’re going to spend an hour in that drive through line. The food is delicious if you ever get it, but I can’t imagine how much business they’ve lost because hungry people got so tired of waiting for an unacceptable amount of time in that car line.

I just went tonight for my dinner. I ask for a 3 piece meal with the dirty rice, coleslaw and Large sweat tea.. They gave me the wrong order in just the box no bag. They did however glady give me the right order but forgot to give me my drink. I drove home and realized that they didn’t give me my drink. If it was closer I would have drove back to get my drink but that’s a major inconvenience. So basically paid $14.00 because they said they had no change no problem the total was $13.39 I asked if I could pay on my card he was still like $14.00 2nd guy who fixed my order was kind and considerate. Who ever took my order, didn’t give me my drink and charged me $14.00 was not professional.

The atmosphere and the service were very Bojangles. But the food was bad it ended up making me sick. The other members of my family didn’t like their meal either. I don’t know if it was because of being understaffed, or being unhappy with the employers but it needs to be fixed before I can recommend anyone eating at this location ever.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this location today. I watched an employee putting fries inside my order with her bare hands. When she realized that she was bring watched she put on gloves. When I started that I wanted my order remade the lady at the window got upset. After I got home with my order I was livid my tenders was old and my chicken legs still had blood coming out of them. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. THIS WAS AT THE MEMORIAL BLVD LOCATION IN MURFREESBORO TENNESSEE.
