This place doesn’t even deserve the one star that I am giving it. I came in tonight with my family. We were seated and were told our server would be there shortly. We waited for a while for someone to approach the table. We order our drinks, food, and an appetizer – no issues. When the appetizer came, the hot plate and the contents on the plate were placed right in front of my one-year-old son, who reached right in before my husband or I could react to grab the plate in time. Thankfully, he was okay. We sat with no refills -empty to almost empty cups. We barely saw our server or were checked in on. We watched people come in after us, be seated, and right away had their server (including ours) taking orders and their drinks and food coming out. We arrived at 4:57 pm, and by 5:57 pm, we were getting a little annoyed that none of our food was out after sitting for an hour. The time we arrived was pretty light in the seating area so we didn’t expect service to exceed so long. We eventually got up after over an hour of waiting and asked for the check three times, which our request was ignored, and then we requested it the fourth time when we asked the guy at the front desk for it. Eventually, a manager was called, and she stated that the whole bill needed to be paid even though we NEVER received our meal, just our drinks and an appetizer. She even ADMITTED to my husband that our order was just placed a few minutes ago, just before coming to the desk. After stating multiple times that we just wanted to pay for the drinks and the appetizer, she and my husband ended up in an unnecessary back-and-forth conversation (argument) and a bunch of excuses on why we never got our order in or food delivered. We are a family of restaurant workers, so we understand how it works, but she admitted that our meals that we were waiting over an hour for was never placed, and it wasn’t until we requested four times for a check so we could leave and go somewhere else that the food was “arriving.” By the time we were able to leave, about an hour and a half of our time was wasted in hopes of just having a nice dinner out. The whole experience was unprofessional with the server we had and the manager herself. This negative experience will not have us return any time soon. We were disappointed with this place as it is close to our house, and we wanted to enjoy trying a new places and new food.

Chocolate Martini was the bomb, fried ravioli was awesome, the bread and olive oil dip amazing! Everyone in my party of 4 throughly enjoyed their food. Waiter was great and is a fabulous bartender!! Out of towners give a big thumbs up!

Seated, waited for a waitress, ordered two drinks (pomegranate martini) and a Mai Tai. I was asked what type of vodka when the recipe specifically calls for pomegranate vodka. Waitress returned because they don’t have Stolli vodka. No Mai Tai, we ordered an order of oysters, no silverware or utensils, napkins, to eat the appetizer. The Mai Tai took 20 minutes.

The smell of something great comes from this parking lot when your in it, for sure! So much so it had me looking around checking out what smelled so good! I figured it must be Pizzico! I ordered online, fast & super simple. I did pick up like Maybe 10 minutes later from my pickup time but my fries were super soggy as I opened them immediately when I picked up the food. I got home and when I seen the looks of the pizza I wasn’t impressed but still gave it a try- (maybe it’s because I was late picking up, & it’s just soggy looking) But again, I wasn’t very impressed I will have to give it another try there but definitely not what I was expecting!

My family thought we would have a nice dinner but the restaurant decided to cancel my order after a two hour wait. Then, doordash sends an email advising that the customer is at fault. My wife and young boy were left with no options to eat anything else because most restaurants had already closed. What a joke, not even a call to excuse themselves.

Food looked okay but pizza was undercooked and not that appetizing. Had to put mine back into the oven. I am a bit disappointed paying almost 50 dollars for 3 pizzas and it was underwhelming. Love and you learn. There are always other pizza places to try and at much better pricing.

Picked up our food, got home and opened the boxes to find the wrong items. Drove back after calling and waited another 5-10 minutes for them to get us the correct order. Fine when we got home but then found spinach in the remade chicken broccoli alfredo

Food was awful, cold Arancini served, then broccoli that was spoiled, sauce on Lobster Ravioli tasted like chef boy ardee sauce, not vodka sauce, and even my 5 y/o didn’t like the taste of the pizza. Service was super slow, only one waitress for the entire restaurant. Use to come here often, but with two in a row bad experiences, we’re taking off list. Completely gone down the hill.

I called to order a large cheese well done. 10 minutes I was on hold even though restaurant wasn’t busy. Brought my pizza home and it wasn’t cooked. Way undercooked. To make matters worse they use imitation cheese. Over 18 dollars for a half cooked fake cheese pizza. This used to be the best pizza in Merrimack New Hampshire. Now it’s the worst
