This was the first time I had ever visited the restaurant. All I can say about this place was WOW!!! As soon as I walked in someone greeted me and was seating me right away. Our server was very polite and patient with us since it was our first time being there. She answered all our question we had about their food and really down to earth! The food came out hot and delicious! I will definitely make the 2 hour drive to bring my family up there to try it.

Great place for a family sit down or a date, quiet but not too quiet and cozy. Our waitress Michelle was fantastic. 1st time customers and she was the best server we’ve had, ever. Explained the menu, constantly was attending to our needs as customers. Coffee was great and the Corn Beef sandwich was fantastic! Ribs are fall off the bone Awesomeness. Dinners came with soup/or salad and fries. 1 minor detail my whole family agreed on was the rib sauce needs some work, but ribs were cheap compared to competitors prices! Other than that we will def be back!

Nice place inside, our waitress was new but nice. Some of the other waitresses were a little upset about having to wait on people outside while is was raining and they were vocal about it. We can understand why, but this shouldn’t have been over heard by the customers. Food was so so. Scrambled eggs arrived cold, pancakes where dry tasting. The large cup of orange juice was rather small and when we asked about the size of a small we were told it was a shot glass size. I just want to say that is absolutely ridiculous. The steak skillet was good. But unfortunately there just were not enough positive things to say so we most likely wont be back.

Ashford House is a great local family owned restaurant serving home cooked Irish Dishes. It has a great old world atmosphere and the staff is always friendly and courteous. They have some great traditional Irish Dishes such as Corned beef and Cabbage and Fish and Chips, but also offer Steaks and Burgers. Everything is made from scratch and is always good. They have a great selection of Irish beers too. Prices are reasonable, and they have daily specials. Recommend the corned beef or Reuben and the Fish and Chips. The Chicken Parmesan is really good and a large portion. Recommend you give them a try if you want something different.
