Meal was decent, however, the white lettuce that i encountered while eating was no good. It was sour and tasted artificial. I went home and began feeling incredibly sick. Make sure to request normal lettuce when you go. Will not be returning!

Not edible, Unsanitary, Spoiled food! The steak was undercooked and every piece was gristle and could not be eaten or chewed. Then a large raw piece of chicken was also included. The rest of the food was moldy and spice too hot burning mouth. I could not eat it and had to throw it away. I almost vomited just from trying to eat this garbage. This place has NO business being in business. The only thing worse than this was a Chipotle in Santa Fe, NM. It had same problem with steak being all gristle, but to make it worse, put chemical perfume everywhere to cover up dirty bathrooms. Both Chipotles were not only unsanitary, and serving garage gristle as meat, but Longmont also trying to poison people with rotten moldy food.

I struggled with even writing this. But I had another person confirm the same. I ordered Saturday at about 8pm. Got my food and ate it. About 6 hours later I was violently vomiting and had diarrhea. Pretty sure it was food poisoning. Never had this experience before but it was the only thing I ate that night.

Always have a problem when if comes to delivery but this last one really was awful. I ordered and the SECOND I hit submit it was for pick up. Tired to change in app – luck. Called store – can’t get to a person about an order. It states once you submit nothing can be done!!! So my money AND food is just gonna sit there!!!! While we speak because I can’t go get it OR cancel and start over!!! I am so tired of wasting my money on ordering/delivering from there. Never ever again. Last time they person brought a total different person’s order. Love their food but guess we HAVE to be there to make sure they get it right and we get the right there handed to us. SO MAD!!!!!

Most incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The only reason I stopped at chipotle was because I had a free side of queso. Not only was I charged for the queso but they refused to ring up my order properly and I lost my reward! This was a complete waste of my time and money! Chipotle isn’t even that good! I only made the stop for the free queso and they couldn’t and wouldn’t properly ring my order up with my reward that I showed two separate employees!!!

Woman in line a head of me was only wearing a bra, no shirt. It was noticed by employees, but she was still able to fling her dirty shirt that was on hear head right by the glass near the food. No shirt, no shoes, no service not a thing in Longmont?

The portions were so small compared to every other time at least 1/2 of the usual scoops every time I’ve visited I get the same thing and have noticed this specific store is more expensive at least give us our moneys worth definitely need to retrain the workers. One of the workers were also rude I said the meat I wanted multiple times and they still didn’t understand then responded with a “what” in a rude tone and my burrito was not wrapped completely half of it touching the counter.
