Listen… I was in the area doing some shopping and google Chinese food. This spot is deep in the alley you will miss it. I grew up in Boston and I’ve been craving that Bos, NYC type Chinese food since moving here. It’s always been a miss. This spot did not disappoint!! With the first bite I was so pleased! I got the 4 pc wings and fried rice. Mumbo sauce was so good. For under $10 , it’s a steal!! So affordable !

When I moved here from PA with a craving for real Chinese in 2016, my first stop was here. Extremely amazing flavor. I have been to DC Chinatown and by far, Szechuan Delight is the best tasting in the area. There might be a few hiccups with post Covid and staffing for delivery, but if you ever have the opportunity to taste their food, you’ll understand why they have the best restaurant in NOVA/DC fliers on their wall!!

Took a chance tonight & ordered from here again. It has been a few years because it really got horrible for a while. We ordered a LOT of food, White meat General Tso’s chicken, shrimp tempura, edamame, steamed pork dumplings, egg & spring rolls, sesame chicken, sweet & sour chicken, white rice, fried rice & plain lo mein. I totally anticipated something being messed up, forgotten or something along those lines. I was very pleasantly surprised to find our order perfect, everything was there, perfectly packaged for delivery & the food was delicious!! My only critique would be the shrimp. Although it looks beautiful the way it’s butterflied, it overcooks it so much the shrimp disappears. Other than that, it was all amazing. Delivery was faster than quoted, everything was hot & fresh, tasted great, packaged perfectly & the delivery driver even thanked me for his tip!!! This has to be the BEST delivery order we’ve had in years!! We will definitely order again & more often now that I know it’s in better hands!!
