Sandwich was sopping in mayo and mustard….oozing and dripping out everywhere making the entire sandwich soggy and disgusting . All I could taste was mustard. So disappointing esp for the price of the sandwich.

Almost $13 for this smushed sandwich and the weakest sweet “tea” I’ve ever tasted…. Used to love Which Wich, but it seems like they raised their prices while lowering their quality (maybe it’s just this specific location, not sure).

I left here less than an hour ago. Let’s just say that I paid 43 dollars for two subs, two drinks and two fries. I marked a cookie on my bag, but I never got one. The fries were not hot and mediocre with a need for more salt. The sweet tea was not sweet.

I stop here for lunch with some regularity, without complaint. Nothing to write home about, but good. Today when I ordered my usual tuna salad on the way home it was very different. I thought at first they gave me chicken salad instead. Turns out it was just plain canned tuna lopsidedly spread on bread. I was so shocked! As a pescetarian, I always get tuna salad at Which Wich and I have NEVER had this happen. I’m not sure if they got a bad shipment or just forgot to make the tuna into tuna salad, but I was very disappointed.

I was in this evening (May 26, 7:30) just before closing and got some of the best service I’ve had in a really long time from the kids working. I didn’t catch their names but if you’re their supervisor and know who was working this shift they deserve some major kudos. I had an order for my family and brought my infant daughter in in her car seat. Typical dad, I overestimated the number of hands I had and when the person brought over my subs they asked if they could carry it to my car. I told them “no, but that’s really kind” and left my drinks behind to make a second trip. I got out to my car to find the other employee had followed me out with my drinks anyway!

I have had good experiences in other locations but this was not the best. The sandwiches were tolerable. Service was not great. Restroom was not clean. To top it off no fries – broken machine.

Make sure to check your sandwich before you leave… I got the “wicked” a $13 sub that is supposed to have 5 meats on it. My sandwich came with maybe 1.5 slices roast beef 1 slice of bacon and 2 slivers of pepperoni the rest was lettuce and onions! Will NEVER order from here again! If I knew this before I left I would have asked for my $ back

Philly Cheesesteak was rather generic and okay. Fries were alright.

I’m giving 3 stars cause bless their heart, they are trying but it took a REALLY LONG time for our order and another guy was waiting before us for over 30 mins for his order which is unreal. I get that many places are short staffed but the staff running this place (3 people) need to be more prepared for lunch rush!
