Tonight is the last time. This is the 6th time Bojangles has completely destroyed our order. We even stopped going through drive thru bc our order always ends up short. The last two times we physically went in. Order was still wrong. They made fresh white gravy for the biscuits and gravy??, one drop of gravy on the mashed potatoes, missing 2 mashed potatoes and large fry. Manager even refused to come out to speak to us. This place was great before pandemic but no longer. It seems they no longer care about their food or what they serve. The employees are nice and always friendly. That is the only reason for the star.

I got the 20 price family meal. Everything was great until I got home and found out I got only spicy chicken, and they did not give us honey or butter, which is no big deal except the spicy chicken. It’s a 45 min drive home for me, so I wasn’t going to go bad. I was just disappointed, but what we could eat was good. I just needed a lot of milk. If you like spicy chicken, they definitely have it.

I arrived at Bojangles at 5:03 PM on a Tuesday evening. I ordered a Bo box (8 piece chicken and 12 chicken tenders). They said it would be awhile. I wish I had asked them how long “awhile” would be. I finally got my food at 5:42. How can you not have enough food cooked and ready for the dinner rush? It wasn’t a matter of not enough people working. The whole restaurant is nasty. I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down.

Just ordered my food in line. 3 pc chicken meal. I got 1 tiny leg and 2 sorry wings. Which were suppose to be 1 leg and 2 thighs. No silverware to eat my Cole slaw with and no napkins. Worst meal I ever ordered there. I buy there all the time.

We were there on 8/21/22 at 2:27 pm. I have never seen a dirtier place. It wasn’t new dirt. The carpet and tile were beyond filthy. The tables were all dirty!! The restrooms were horrible. Urinal over flowing in the men’s room. The health department should shut this place down.

The food here is normally good. However, this visit proved disappointing. I was missing a breakfast biscuit, and some joker in the kitchen put a slice of tomato on a sausage biscuit meant for the gravy biscuit. Eating out costs more now with inflation, I will be taking my business elsewhere. *This is the 2nd time that my order was missing a biscuit. Is it asking too much to expect to receive what you paid for? ☹️
