I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the nightmarish ordeal I recently endured with Domino’s Pizza. I tried to order online and on the app and it said undeliverable to this address. I called and clarified approximately 5 times that they would in fact deliver to my address. 30 min later, at the exact time my delivery was expected, I get a call that they are choosing to cancel my delivery because my location is 40 minutes away. I clarify my address and ensure them that I am actually 2 miles away. The girl on the phone was not only rude to me, but she was also wrong. After she repeated the name of my location wrong 3 times and I corrected her to ensure she would make it here, she hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never order dominos again. Hire some competent and respectful staff.

Had a huge order tonight for my sons first birthday party, and this team NAILED my order! I know it doesn’t seem like much, but I work a lot, and I’m tired. friendly staff, awesome customer service, delivery service is great. can’t beat the $5.99 deal! but there always seem to be half of the pasta bowl missing. it is barely enough food for a 2-year old. also, a few times some items from my previous orders were missing. other than that, still love y’all!

7:37PM Tonight we went to pick up a couple of sandwiches for a late night snack. After already being told a friend had a bad experience on this same night, I was expecting some attitude but this blew my mind. We pull up and the first thing I notice is the cashier removing her nail polish with Acetone and q-tips at the front counter. When my fiance went in to get out food she didn’t even turn to look at him and instead a cook came from behind the line and retrieved our food instead. As someone who studied the chemical components in acetone I can tell you that it is a volitile compound and should not be anywhere near food. This was completely unsanitary and unprofessional. Unfortunately she couldn’t be bothered to turn around so I don’t know her name but I do have a photo just in case the GM would like to check her cameras.

At 4:45 I placed the order. Was supposed to take 24 minutes to deliver. At 5:40 the delivery driver went speeding past my house and at 5:45 said it was delivered and yet there was no pizza. So I called dominoes and they assured me that the delivery driver was still out there and if it wasn’t delivered in 15 minutes to call back. So at 6:00 an hour and fifteen minutes from when I made the order and 50 minutes after it left dominoes, I called back and they said I had canceled the order when I called earlier and when I told her I didn’t she so as much as called me a liar. I NEVER canceled the order and I have NEVER had such bad customer service from anywhere in my life.
