The novelty has worn off. Food was meh. Fries are soggy. Cajun spice bangs. $24 for a little bacon cheese and two little fries? Dining room and bathrooms are filthy. Nice slippery layer of grease on everything. Laughable.

Delicious food. Some staff can be rude like sweeping around your table stirring up dust when you have your food and trying to eat. Asked nicely to wait until we were done eating and the older lady was rude and continued sweeping. Rest of staff were super friendly though.

I know the prices seem high, but I’m willing to pay for the quality. I have never had a bad burger at Five Guys, and the Pittsfield location is no exception. Everything is cooked to order, so you may have to wait a few minutes, but the food is always fresh and hot.
