This is the third year in a row we’ve had Pizzutis cater our family reunion in Gearhart. Everyone loves it. Rich takes great pride in his recipes only using the best ingredients. The gyros are SO good and generous portions.

The pizza dough was amazing and had a great chew, but that’s the only thing our group liked about the double pepperoni pizza. The pepperonis were too thin, the cheese wasn’t fully melted, and the marinara sauce was actually terrible. We’ve only been once. So maybe it was an off day or something happened, but it tasted really sweet for some reason and was the wrong texture. Best guess was someone used some kind of spaghetti sauce and thought in a pinch it could be subbed in. We ended up tossing our leftovers because of how much everyone disliked it, which we’ve never done in our lives with pizza.
