It was very easy to use. They were not busy. Dining Room was clean and organized. My order was ready within five minutes (I got it to go)

Used drive through yesterday about 11am. The rudest woman ever gave us our food and would not give us enough ketchup or an extra bbq sauce for our 10 piece nuggets, we placed a $40 order for 6 people. She said they ran out of Ketchup after I asked for more. We ran out of ketchup and bbq sauce. DO NOT EAT HERE.

We ordered our food in the drive through and at the window the attendant asked us to move to the waiting area and 15 minutes went by. I sent my 16yo in to see what was taking so long. She came back out to tell me that we got our order already. I went in with my receipt and was asked if we had a problem. I replied yes we’ve been waiting for our order for 15 minutes out side and my daughter told me that her food was already picked up. The attendant named James told us that is was pick up and left it at that. I asked to talk to a manager and a lady came over and took the receipt and left. At this point, I asked to get the area directors card. They told me that they did not have it and I could find it on my receipt. I asked if they were serious and the gentleman named James glared at me for a moment with anger in his eyes. This by far was the worst customer service that I’ve ever had. The lady that took our receipt came back with our food, and we proceeded to leave without anyone saying sorry for your wait or inconvenience.

Worst meal ever! Order the crispy chicken sandwich, not realizing “crispy” is achieved by burning both the chicken patty and the bun. No sauce or lettuce, just 2 pickle chips. For $5.99 I felt it was quite the rip off. Add $2 for a single hamburger patty and I felt fleeced. Crossing McDonald’s off my fast food list. Their prices have increased more than any other fast food while their quality has taken a nose dive.

Unclean establishment, employees display lack of pride in uniform as well as facility. Orders consistently wrong and unusual weight times. McDonalds can do better, it’s unfortunate that the lack of employee pride and failure to lead by management ruins the experience at what’s considered the standard in American fast-food.
