The tuna in the sushi was some sort of overly fishy tuna paste that had a strange shade of red. Unfortunately it that was so unenjoyable to eat we ended up throwing out most of our $96 dollar order. The pad Thai was very good and the dumplings were decent but the sushi was a massive disappointment.

They have good food overall. It was weird because we choose to have the hibachi and when they brought us back, it was as if were sitting in a hospital waiting room. The atmosphere was a bit dead.

Sushi and sashimi were just not great quality. Very little flavor, thin sliced, served too cold, but nice presentation. My wife and I always have sushi once a week and know the good from the bad experiences and this was disappointing. Also, we both had uneasy stomachs before bed. Used to be better at Thyme.

I’ve bin coming to this restaurant for several years , most of those years have bin great , unfortunately my experience today was not great at all, the new server didn’t understand my requests regarding the sushi and gave me raw surf and turf when I ask for it cooked as it comes naturally , I didn’t appreciate once I requested to have it cooked , for her to say she can’t do this request , and then mention she needs to talk to her manager . I would of gladly talked to the manager and explained that I can’t eat raw foods due to my health condition. There’s a good chance we won’t be back , this facility wasn’t always this way, I’d appreciate someone who can understand my request since I’m the customer coming in and purchasing your food as it’s described on your menu.

I usually don’t do this but my family and I had a bad experience here. They close at 9 on Wednesday’s and we showed up at 730 with a party of 8. My mother in law wanted hibachi for her birthday dinner. We were sat down and 5 minutes later our server came to order drinks. No big deal but we were greeted with attitude like we showed up 5 minutes before closing. Anyways…when we ordered food it seemed like a problem. The chef came out and seemed bothered as well. He also decided to squirt water on my wife and mother in law without asking if it was okay….they both weren’t happy about it. Then when he was cooking he dropped food picked it up and put it on our plates. I’m all set with this place. Automatic gratuity too…they didn’t deserve a penny for this mid food

My family and I just ate here and had the hibachi. My daughter was eating her food and found a green worm in her neal. When we brought it to there attention they did not want to do anything to compensate for finding a worm in our food. After going back and forth they brought out fried ice cream… we told them nicely that we did not want the ice cream. They proceeded to tell us that worms are extra protein and where they are from they eat worms. What!? That’s fine if they eat worms but we are paying costumers that did not order a worm with our meal. I understand bugs can be found in fresh produce and we weren’t blaming them for the worm, all we wanted was to be compensated in some way since none of us ate our food after that. Eventually we got 10% off our meal after threatening to leave without paying anything at all. As a person working in the food industry for 10+ years all they had to do was apologize and give us a discount or comp a meal. We will never come back to this place . If I could -5 stars if I could. Really wish we took a picture.
