What an amazing BBQ ribs with Their homemade Hot Sauce!! If you are one of those people who love to keep feeling the heat flavor even after you are done… go for the Hot sauce!! The flavor is on point and the heat goes delicious with the meat! We order a side a beans, coleslaw and potato salad!! Everything was amazing!! Plus no to mention the wonderful attitude!! This BBQ food truck in Koloa, Kauai hit our belly spot better than so many other places we have tried of the island. Coming from Colorado where BBQ is king, I have to say that this was absolutely delicious!! There is shade, sitting and the perfect atmosphere for a great Sunday Lunch!! Thank you!! Keep rocking it!!

Tbh the bbq is not very good. It’s not horrible but I wouldn’t say it’s any special or even tasty if you’ve ever had bbq in the mainland before. The hot link and the pineapple sausage both need more fillings because they are too soft and soggy right now. The bbq ribs and briskets need more rubbing for flavor and tenderness. The pulled pork is fine but that’s all I can say. Overall if you don’t have high expectations or expect anything Hawaiian then it’s a passable meal.

So so so bomb! Wonderful flavor. Super tender. Sides were perfect compliment to the amazing meal! Yum! Ate so fast we didn’t get any pictures! We got the combo plate of all meats and couldn’t decide which was the best!

Amazing BBQ! Driving around Koloa, while on vacation, and I had to stop by and check out this legendary barbecue spot. The brisket and ribs were absolutely delicious and pairs well with the sides I chose. Rich bold flavors with a fiery kick, this really hit the spot.
