The service is always wonderful, we love going there! It’s definitely one of the local places to take the kids and have a family outing/dinner! They have a bunch of arcade games, table games, BEER, and of course the best pizza around! We have recently enjoyed the PRETZEL crust pizza and OH MY GOODNESS its so yummy, it’s even great reheated!!

So i posted a review from my order this past Thursday and now my review is gone. The pizza was tiny no meat on it and it was suppose to be a barbecue brisket it had chunks of fat on it drenched in barbecue sauce you couldnt see or taste the cheese over priced . I dont recommend this place and wont go back. Next time papa Murphy’s they have bigger sized pizzas and actually put toppings on their pizza and better prices.

If I could give this establishment a big fat 0 I would. Don’t waste your time at this store. I didn’t realize I ordered a single tiny salad with my delivery order for my family. He the owner, who makes, 50k a month on this town, I know, because he told me so during our conversation and said my measly 299.00 year to date at his store isn’t enough for him to return my un touched order or fix it. I could receive a coupon. 56.00 I spent. WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Rudest person on the phone award to your customers!

Legit the best pizza in town, possibly Idaho. Service was awesome from everyone on Saturday Aug. 5th. All you can eat Lunch Buffet was excellent! Pizza, Salad, Drinks, Breadsticks, cinnamon roll pizza absolutely delicious. The Chicken Alfredo Pizza was amazing! They support the local community including Firebird Raceway. We will definitely be back!

I usually like Pizza Factory but my visit yesterday was disappointing. The salad bar had lettuce that was browned and soggy. It should not have been on the salad bar. Several salad bar choices containing Mayo were dried on the top. My pizza had to be remade because they forgot an ingredient. The remade pizza was not that good. It was a disappointing meal.

THE BEST Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had. Hot wings were cooked to perfection and the pizza is definitely something to write home about. Let’s not forget to mention the breadsticks!!! Hands down, my new favorite place!!!

OMG! This pizza is SOOOOO GOOD!! I seriously cannot even believe it. I was gonna take a picture of the whole thing but I just crushed it. I’ve been all over the world eating pizza in like 30 countries and this pizza is definitely top 5! Probably top 3! Emmett, Idaho has a treasure in this place. I called in this afternoon asking some questions about celebrating my sons 7th birthday at the Pizza Factory. When we showed up they had a table reserved for us and the atmosphere was perfect! Lots of games for the kiddos to play. Our pizzas were delicious! And the service was super wonderful!!! We will be back!
