Pizza is great when they get your order right, pizza is very good but they almost never get your order right like tonight we asked for 1 large mushroom and onion and 1 large pepperoni and hamburger….. we got a pepperoni and onion and pepperoni and hamburger, witch stinks because pepperoni makes me nauseous and I really wanted mushrooms. Please read the orders it not that hard.

Ar this point I believe I have at least two free pizzas “on file with the store” because of poor experiences. I should have known not to try again. It’s been an hour since I ordered food and it just now went in the oven. I called fifteen minutes ago to ask what was happening and the woman I spoke with needs some serious customer service training. I’ve leaved my lesson. We won’t be ordering food from Domino’s anymore.

There has been several times that we have waited an exceptionally long time to receive our order. After over an hour tonight, and the order tracker stating it was still being prepared, I called the store. The person did not apologize for the delay but informed me it wouldn’t even be cooked for another 30 or more minutes. This wait time is unacceptable. Stop offering delivery if you are not staffed adequately to do so.

Did two orders picked up my first order which is three pieces and some wings simple enough paid did it had a second order waiting and said it was already on the app and on the screen on inside of the store went to go pay Pizza wasn’t there so be careful your pizza could disappear while you’re at the store when it says it’s ready and they do nothing to offer to help not even a little bit of a discount not even a sorry about that so thanks Domino’s for ruining a nice evening they said they put another one in so just have to wait some more on top of the hour I’ve already had to wait here’s the hoping it’s at least somewhat decent to eat

The pizzas are usully pretty good but I have ordered from alot of domino’s stores in the Northeast US as I travel for work and this store is getting worse and worse on their portions. Lately my pastas have been BARELY 1/3 of the pan and I S%%t you not I got 2 of the cheesy dips with bread knots and BOTH of them combined (because I did combine them) made 1 dish with about 1/2-2/3rds of an inch in the pan. Normally at other stores.i can get atleast.half.a pan when I order one.

Ordered a pizza it never showed up. Still got charged for it and told it would take 2-4 days to go back on my card…. But it takes them all of no minutes to take it out of my account. So shouldn’t it take no minutes to put the money they stole back? I say stole because I paid for something I never got. These corporations are corrupt. Won’t be ordering for this place again.

Shady store with shady employees. Orders placed well within business hours get cancelled “because they’re closed”, and then they don’t answer the phone to explain why. But when you show up in person to ask why, they have no answers whatsoever. Likely all thieves and shady people. Hiring managers need to do a better job, and customers need to go with frozen pizza instead. This store is the worst. Go hungry instead of giving them a cent. Also filing a complaint with corporate because these clowns have got to go.

I would like to have the owner’s contact info due to being hung up on twice and 3 times when I called I was advised that the person I was speaking to was the Manager ( on 2 separate days ). I was also told both times I’d have my credit back on my card with in 48 hours. I still do not have my credit. PS how could the first “manager credit me if she didn’t even let me give her my name?? If I could give a negative stars review I would. I was not rude to them and offered to pick my order up since she said they were short handed and she still hung up. Wow.
