Just came to pick up my order and they didn’t have one of the items I requested. The manager, Lori, was so kind. She was proactive and tried making a different dessert in advance. When I declined the offer she made me something else instead, and kept the rest of my food in the warmer while I waited. They could have easily refunded the item and said “sorry, but we’re out of that”, but instead they went the extra mile. How kind! And what great customer service. Thanks, Lori! Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

First of all, they outsource their phone orders to a call center. The guy who took the call didn’t even know what I was talking about when I tried to place my order so I hung up and did it online. Pizza showed up within an hour. It was awesome.

I’ve never had Papa John’s pizza. I’ve heard it’s the best ever, and my hotel had a promo code for delivery. I ordered online directly from this Papa John’s location. About an hour later I got a call from the delivery driver, he was rude and yelled at me for not giving clear instructions on delivery address, saying he was the next car in line. I indicated that I had, in fact, indicated the address, hotel name, and room number. Besides the fact that if you gps or Google the address I gave, the hotel name immediately comes up. (A fact I have myself verified.) He again chastised me for not giving clear address/delivery instructions and hung up. I called the store, and was informed they had no delivery drivers so they door dashed my order out, so the store didn’t give clear delivery instructions. Finally, my order arrived, over an hour after I placed it. At the door the door dash driver again chastised me, showing me on his phone that the address was incorrect. I tried to explain that I did not order from him, I ordered from Papa John’s. The pizza was completely squished to one side, and lukewarm. It’s hard to say if it would have tasted better served fresh.

If I could give zero stars I would . I live 5 mins away from this place called at 8:10 pm they didn’t get to my door until 9:30pm , on top of that I only ordered a set of wings an bread sticks , when they showed up food was damn near cold , ordered the HoneyChipotle kind and as you can see not much chipotle or honey sauce . Overall Not happy completely unsatisfied

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am new to the area and staying g at a hotel, during covid delivery for food has been a huge help. My husband and I had a mi or issue with the driver not knocking. Not a big deal, they are trying to push no contact delivery, so I understand. But a knock still would’ve helped. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and was made to feel not only heard but understood and made to feel valued by the GM Courtney. Her customer service goes above and beyond. She personally delivered a fresh hit pizza to us, within 20 minutes of my call. Can’t thank you enough Courtney. You are amazing.
