The Taproom by Hellbent Brewing is a family friendly taproom and restaurant located in the heart of the Wenatchee Valley at Pybus Market.
We feature 20 tap handles including our own Hellbent craft beer and local ciders. We also offer a full bar and an extensive local wine list. Our kitchen boasts a full seasonal menu featuring the freshest ingredients our local purveyors have to offer.

A casual and yummy experience. A large group of us visited at lunch and were sat right away. All of our food came quickly and was delicious; I ordered the Spicy Pork Belly Bowl without siracha and thought it was excellent – the spice was mild with good flavor. I thought the Bowl of Balls was actually spicer than the entree.

The Korean short rib bowl was delicious, and the Moon Tower Stout Nitro was excellent, but the burger wasn’t very good. It was a thin patty, overly salty, greasy, processed like the presliced gyro meat. Staff are very friendly. Food came out awefully quickly, though; under 5 minutes (was it precooked and heated up to order?)

The atmosphere here is nice. I really liked the waitstaff as they did an excellent job. Food was excellent and the beer was fantastic! Good head retention on the beer. The brewers here know what they are doing. I recommend trying the New Yorker “burger” sandwich. Delicious and I would eat here again for sure.

As a woman traveling alone, I really enjoyed this place in the public market area! I sat at the bar and the girls working were so sweet and conversational. They have a great gluten free IPA and the cucumber martini was amazing!!!! The veggie bowl was also yummy but I could’ve done without so much leafy greens in it.

Great place! The atmosphere of the market is really cool, and the food here was great. The bartender and server were lovely, and had such great attitudes even though they were obviously short staffed. I’d return to this place often if I lived here.

The tap room has awesome beers. My wife loves the IPAs I’m a big fan of the Saison Farmhouse Ales (hopefully they will keep those around) …. nice break from the bitter beers. Food is pretty good sometimes portions leave you a little hungry wish they had french fries hopefully coming soon? Anyways cool place I’ve been here tons of times.

The Everglow Winter Ale stole our hearts. We can’t quit exclaiming about how delicious it is. There’s something for everyone. The nachos are amazing! A nice pub fare menu, TV for the sports fans, and a warehouse environment that has lots of cute shops. Nicely decorated for the season. Lovely staff. An A+ stop on this road trip.
