This place has gotten so bad. It used to be hit or miss and a minor inconvenience when they messed up your order or shorted you something. But they hit an all-time low when managers defend why they give you half of your order and the half they give you isn’t even fresh. I have escalated this and I do not plan on returning here unless things are changed. The competition across the street gives you the correct order AND its fresh and they do it all with a smile.

Went to order a spicy chicken sandwich and I’m told sauce makes its spicy, so it’s a classic, but I’m not allowed and nor do they offer mustard. Now I realize why I never go to a Popeyes. Their menu is trash ♀️ and what chicken place doesn’t allow or have mustard. So I just left.

The price was high, the chicken portions were small, I had to wait for unsweetened tea, and then a single portion of red beans and rice was beyond small. It seems that the prices keep going up and the quantities keep going down. But the flavors are spot on.

I spent $21 on what was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a spicy 3 piece tender combo. Neither of which were spicy and my tenders were half done. They gave me about 8 fries and refused to even fill the little bag up. I will not return to that location. I won’t won’t start on the unprofessional drive-thru cashier.

Excellent service from very polite employees who got everything exactly how I ordered it. The food was freshly cooked and they have the best chicken and beignets are the perfect dessert to make a perfect dinner experience. Will recommend everyone to go there and will myself return at least 2-3 times a week.
