My company ordered from the Chagrin location last week for the first time, and the pizza was delicious, so I decided to order it for myself for dinner. After looking at the menu online, and seeing the different options, I called in with my order. I was ordering 2 $25 pizzas, and driving 25 minutes to come pick it up. The guy who answered the phone, who we believe to be either the manager or owner, was incredibly rude from the start. I told him what I wanted for the first pizza, while listening to all of his sighs. As I was ordering the second pizza, and telling him which options I wanted, he very rudely interrupted me and said “they all come that way”, and sighed again. At this point, I told him to just cancel my order. It is a shame that a company who produces such a good product, has such terrible customer service. I will never give them my business, and now my company will not either. Lesson of the day: a good product will never outweigh poor customer service.

Picked up take out order, totally understaffed, gentlemen taking out pizzas and answering phone was unbelievable. Felt sorry for him and left a tip just from watching him work. Pizzas great as usual

I have never had worse customer service in my life!!! I ordered two large pizza’s from the Chagrin Falls location that were never delivered because their delivery driver never showed up work that day. They did call and say they apologized for the inconvenience and would refund my credit card. The charge went through and the refund never came, so I was charged $42 for pizza I never received. Then I asked for proof that they issued the refund because it never came though on my card and they said “we will not provide that, we don’t need to”. I of course tried to argue this with them but they said I should just dispute the charges with my credit card company.
