Like the food but won’t be ordering over app. Waited a while to get my bag but I ordered broccoli beef and got three pieces of beef and the rest broccoli. I know that wouldn’t happen if I was there. Teriyaki chicken was meh. Orange chicken was good.

I ordered a large chow mein shortly after they opened and they said they were making a fresh batch still. I was excited for that figuring the noodles are probably best when they are fresh. I took my container out of the bag right after getting it and the box was cold to the touch. I thought that was weird. I opened it and then took a bite. The noodles were room temperature and very wet. I think they rushed putting it together and didn’t even cook it in the pan. How are fresh noodles room temperature? The only thing I can think of is they just tossed the noodles in the sauce briefly and packaged it up. I would’ve much rather they had me wait a little longer to get it properly cooked. I will never be coming back. Waste of my time and money.

So I made a mistake and thought they had forgotten the receipt to my food. I thought this after just leaving and checking my bag and not seeing the receipt right away. Anyway I go inside and wait in line to speak to someone. They were getting busy and were not able to help with my issues at that time. I needed to get back to my hotel to eat and get ready for bed. The manager I am assuming Terrell asked me to write down my order and phone number because I said it would be ok for him to text me the receipt. This was an awesome way to handle the situation. I needed the receipt because I was on a business trip and my company would only reimburse my meals if I had a receipt. When I got back to my hotel room and started laying out the food I found in the bottom of my bag the receipt. I felt very foolish. An the today I received a text containing the receipt. So I am writing this review as a way of thanks to Terrell and the crew for helping out with this issue that I caused. They are great patient people that have follow through. I hope the right people read this review and give them the accolades they deserve. Thank Panda Express crew you guys are awesome.

Definitely not a China Town equivalent but not bad either. You can sample before you buy and satisfaction is guaranteed. I like that I’m not overloaded with options needing explanations..had it..liked it..let’s go eat. Enjoy!!
