On this visit to Wingstop, I ordered ahead the 3 for 13.99 combo with fries. They had the order ready within a few minutes of my arrival there. The boneless wings were hot, fresh, and flavorful. The fries were seasoned well. I recommend Wingstop.

Will not be back. Small simple orders take 30 minutes or more. Employees are always extremely rude. Cashier got a major attitude with me tonight for no apparent reason, it was bizarre. There are plenty of other places to eat in Mayfield. We will never come back here.

How I went on my work break from thr hospital. I ordered a 6 wing combo and waited over 30 minutes for 6 wings. People that ordered in line after me had big bags of food and they were coming and going. After all that time the cashier said that they were about to drop my 6 wings! His excuse was they were busy since 5 but it was almost 10 o clock and I had wasted my entire break waiting only to leave empty handed. I been on this earth 30 years and I have never experienced worst!!!

Giving three starts because I placed an order for 10 pm pickup 5 hours in advance. I called at 9:40 to see if they could postpone my order until 10:15 and the young lady tells me they already made my order… so I asked her why and all she said was “I don’t make the food” and we hung up. So I went to the store and made it there at 9:47. The manger on duty informs me they made my food around 9:30 and it was an oversight on their part…. I asked him to remake my food because I wanted it fresh and hot for my spouse who is just getting off work… he gladly complied and remade my food. He was very nice. The female who was just sitting down on her phone, was not. Im assuming she’s the one who answered the phone when I called because I didn’t see any other females on shift. I work in a restaurant myself… if an order is placed for pickup at 10 that’s when it should be ready… not 9:30. If I hadn’t called then I would be eating nasty food that sat for 30 minutes, not even under a heat lamp but on a regular shelf ! I am grateful the manager remade my order, but they really need to pay attention to stuff like that. I don’t like coming out of character and being mean with people. But I don’t play about my money or food, I spent $37, of course I want it fresh! Manager handled it well, but the other employee needs an attitude adjustment.

Wings are extemely dry. I got classic with honey hot. Barely any sauce on wings. They forgot the ranch. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 20 mins. There were a bunch young kids working there that. These kids come in wanting to work in a food industry but probably never made their own sandwich in their whole life. Management needs better training program. Cutting corners trying to hire people and train them in less than a week doesn’t cut it.

Staff was very friendly food was great a little longer wait then I expected but not horrible. After we was done eating, there was no trash can to throw away anything. No wet naps to clean sauce off your hands just a roll of paper towels for the entire place to use.
