Came through the drive through for lunch, got my food. It was old, the breading was not crisp, super soggy, ate it, got sick! I’ve been throwing up for hours, called the store and the manager and drive through kid were extremely rude, saying it’s not the food, I’m wrong, etc.cursing at me, saying I can’t talk to the GM, and I said I’ll call HR and they said do what you want and hung up.

I ordered in the drive through. It was messed up, I went inside with my receipt and they argued with me. I spent 20 mins calling and the finally picked up, I asked for the manager’s name and the guy working up front and he cussed and hung up on me.

My love and I’s first Valentine’s Day together was great! We kept it simple, and we love KFC, but what happened to the grilled chicken disappointed to drive all that way from where we stay, and we told they don’t sell grilled chicken there anymore what the hell man.☹ but otherwise we had a good V-Day with our food, drinks from Eskimo Hut, and our movies 50 Shades of Grey movies…lol

This place is a joke! Look at these fries. Fries had obviously been sitting out too long and staff was too lazy to make fresh fries for my order. I’m disappointed in the quality and it reflects on ownership. This location is probably a franchise and the day to day operations are not being held accountable if this the quality of food given to consumers.

Tried to get the 2 for 5 spicy chicken wraps the guy yelled at us and said he wouldn’t give us 2 for 5 because it’s his job to upcharge us anything he can. Horrible service and rude workers what more could u expect.
