Pizza was good. Waitress was good. The meatballs that we ordered looked burnt, dry, and unappetizing. We asked the waitress to remove them from the bill. Someone else came out and asked “Are you the one complaining about the meatballs? I heard you complaining about the price. This is how our meatballs come.” She then argued with us and there was never any sort of apology offered and then she told us to “Pay our bills and never come back!” It doesn’t matter how good your food is if your staff treats people with total disrespect. We won’t be back.

Have not been to FJ in years. Went to the West Street location a few years ago after being in FL for 10+ years and just wasn’t very good. Not the FJ of old. Decided to try again at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Loaded with topping unlike the last time I went to West Street. Will visit this location again.

Just tried to order a carry out order. Employee answered the phone as if it was a chore. Said immediately that it would be over an hour. She was pleased with saying that! Hoping to deter me from ordering. An hr wasn’t a problem. It was the horrible customer service. I told “her never mind. You barely want to take my order, so I’m good. I will go to rigalis instead”. If you like loosing money; then that employee is the way to do it. Ugh disgusting! I also work at P&G locally and will email this google review, so they know not to order from you. Good job! You just lost 1,000’s of dollars from a kid that didn’t want to work!

Spent $100 and the meatballs were burnt and only 1 got ate. So I asked to remove it from my bill. The kitchen girl came out and started arguing with me. So I told her “ok I will pay for them so just go away ” she told me to leave and never come back. First of all customers always right. You wanna loose business over $7? I spent $100! Don’t worry! I won’t ever come back! I will be sure to tell others how you get treated over $7! I guess it’s all you now!

Salads have gone seriously downhill, the chef used to be my favorite, but in the last year it’s become a fraction of the quality while the price nearly doubled. No thank you. Pizza is hit or miss as well.

First time at Fat Jack’s and we loved it! Kaylee was our server and was spot on during our visit. Very friendly and took care of us like family. The pizza was perfect! Loved, loved, loved the crust and sauce. The only thing lacking was atmosphere. The inside was very basic and was disappointing. But, I’m about the food and service and it was top notch!
