Great food but very poor service. Very slow delivery times are common. The delivery driver almost never calls as requested. The delivery driver rings the doorbell despite being instructed not to. The store doesn’t pick up the phone; in person, the manager told me it is their policy. If the app allowed me to order from a different location, I would change immediately.

The website says this is the store that delivers to my address. I live a whopping 2.8 miles away. There is no way for me to order delivery from any other Dominos store on the website. The store staff have cancelled orders without telling me. They do nothing about it.

I ordered 3 pizzas & they really cheated me on the toppings. One was philly meat/mushrooms/bell pepper & there was next to no philly meat on it. One was spinach/black olives & there was almost no spinach on it. I wanted the Pepperoni/Beef/Mushroom to be well done & it wasn’t. None of them were cut correctly & not cut at all in some areas. Just rushed, sloppy, & incomplete. I’m so disappointed in this location.

This dominoes is TRASH!!! I put in an order for delivery. She calls and says we have no drivers at this time. I then say I will come and pick it up. I leave my house to pick it up just for her to tell me the payment was canceled!! I left my wallet at home due to the amount already being deducted from my account! I request to speak with a manager. She says she is the manager and then throws the pizza at me. I order from this Dominoes often, and lately, this has been an issue every time!! Extremely frustrating!!!

Consistently takes almost 2 hours for delivery. Once you finally get your food it’s cold. Good luck getting someone on the phone. After waiting on the phone for nearly an hour, I was issued a store credit for the cold pizzas. I called to use my credit and, yep, you guessed it… No credit to be found. No assistance trying to see what happened to the credit. So, if u like waiting 2 hours for cold food and a fake store credit.. you’ll love this location!

Only rated a 1 bc nothing less was a option! I’ve ordered from this location on 3 different occasions. The pizzas being made there are unacceptable. The 1st time I order, I asked for it to be remade and I had to go back and forth with them just to get a pizza remade. next time ordered online pulled up for the pizza and she said the delivery driver left with my pizza! Had to wait for it to be remade! 3rd try -This pizza shown is supposed to be half cheese half pepperoni… You be the judge . Will not be ordering from this location any more 8800 Highway 72 Madison al
