Previously I would have given this place a 1 star because they messed up my order every single time and even have forgotten entire meals if I ordered multiple, but today they did good for the first time EVER. I walked in and ordered in person instead of through the app. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP…THEY WILL MESS YOUR ORDER UP. That happened to me about ten times before I gave up on them. But the employees tonight (2-24-2022) were all very friendly and most of them were wearing their masks except for two male employees. The food was super bland tasting today though, I don’t know why (no I don’t have COVID, I still smell and taste everything). I hope this place improves…today was a hopeful sign of progress…but this normally has been my least favorite Chipotle hands down.

My kids and I really enjoy Chipotle in genre but this particular store has made the decision to try and save cost by limiting portion sizes. For the third visit in a row, my 4 bowls have all been half full where any other store I visit always has the bulls twice as full. Star rating is entirely for portions. Staff is rude but really don’t care as I come for the food.

Employees here are so rude and unprofessional. Had to ask for extra everything just to get a decent amount of portioning. Also asked for guacamole and got the saddest portion of it. And of course i didn’t get a receipt. Unbelievable.

Two Short
This is possibly hands down one the worst experiences I’ve ever had at chipotle . They really need to get it together . I work in the food industry and they are not prepared. They know it’s lunch rush and they don’t have enough prepped. They had a line to the door , everyone was still moving like a snail. Not even moving quickly. They were out of agua Fresca every single one and as I’m eating inside I hear them yell out to the people who waited for well over 20 mins how they wouldn’t have rice for another 20 minutes. Lost a great deal of customers and probably wasted their lunch breaks. Extremely unprepared and all look lost and confused. How do you not have rice for 20 whole minutes at chipotle ! And not a single agua Fresca. Also I both a large bag of chips and had a total of ten chips in the bag. They’ve been out of chicken and rice the last 45 minutes to a hour I’ve been sitting inside. Very disappointing . All the tables were absolutely filthy , mounds of food left on them and I had to clean it myself just to eat and put my laptop down.

I ordered a veggie bowl- so why does my bowl look half eaten eaten already? It’s less than half way full- but it’s a veggie bowl so shouldn’t it be FILLED to make up for lack of meat??

Don’t online or app order at Chipotle. Because if they make a mistake, they’ll make you go through a bunch of hoops just for you to get your order corrected or just for you to get your money back.
