For the price and the expectation of the food. The his location needs to work on many things to get me to come back. Staff can be sharp. Lack of empathy is very much the standard. Yes the place is busy but it’s not very friendly. This leads to poor service all around. If you not happy working change your job. But don’t take it out on customers. The atmosphere is weak. The building is small and not very welcoming. Hoping the service gets better over time. My food was good but nothing to write home about. But no real complaints. I’m trying to be fair but I was pretty out off by the attitude of the staff. Need to work on improving customer relationships and meeting expectations

Food was fresh and triple seasoned to perfection and the guy working was nice! 40 boneless wings and 2 basket of fries only took about 15 minutes. People under other reviews were saying they take forever but i went two days in a row and did not have that experience at all

I’ve enjoyed the wings all 3 times we’ve ordered from here! We’ve done pickup each time. The first visit was within days of opening and, yes, the wait was long. More recent orders have been reasonably timed, I feel. I’ve also gotten a good mix of flats and drumsticks. I have really enjoyed the dry-rub Garlic Parm wings!

The food and the location was ok. The young lady at the counter was polite. But I wasn’t impressed by the flavor of the two sauces I picked (lemon pepper & Cajun). I’m also not a fan of the fries. Others seemed to enjoy them just fine though. I got boneless wings. I’ll try regular wings next time, with different flavors and see if I change my mind.

First time I ate from the restaurant and the wings where very good, didn’t really care for the seasoning on the fries so next time I will not get the seasoning on them. I see a lot of posts on the wait time but mine was accurate and fast, but I did order at a 2pm so I would imagine that isn’t a busy time.

Oh boy. The wait? Ordered on line. The app said 20 minutes. It took over hour and a half to get the food. Waiting around in a herd of other frustrated people was fun too. Then the wings: are the sorriest little over cooked things. Like quail wings. But much much more expensive. They don’t even have napkins or a garbage can. So it was dirty But positive things. The order was right! (That’s hard these days). And the staff was friendly. And the flavors are pretty darn good.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 reg French fry. It took 40 minutes to be served! And what claims to be FRESH CUT Fries were NOT Fresh Cut! Chicken sandwich chicken tasted like a large chicken nugget, doesn’t compare to Popeye, KFC,or ChikFilA. Will not return or recommend

Horrible service! We walked in to order take out and we were the first people to make an order. Other customers were there before us but we were able to tell that they had a lot of online orders. after we made our order and sat down to wait more customers started coming in for Dine-in. All the customers that came in after us got their orders and we never got ours. We waited for over 45 mins. Employees were very rude and unprofessional and one of them walked in to clock into work and he smelled so much like weed! I do not recommend this location for Wings. Horrible experience and will never be coming back!

did an online order for pickup, it was done on time. The food was amazing. You have to try the corn on the cob. The fries were a little underdone, but they do have a part in the order section if you want them well done, you can request that. definitely get an extra cup of ranch. The seasoning on the corn and fries was very Cajun, sweet yet spicy. overall, I will definitely be going back. I think the prices are fair, and the wings and all the flavors were really good. zero complaints here!
