I get that they’re short staffed, but it wasn’t busy at all. We sat where we were able to see our appetizers sitting for pickup for over 10 minutes. Waitress was not busy, but still brought us lukewarm food. Santa fe grilled chicken salad with cold chicken straight from the fridge. Only saving grace was lukewarm street corn that was “just made”. Skim on the sauces because they sat so long. No thanks, one of the worst experiences in a restaurant in a long time..no thanks Chili’s

Sitting here asked for raspberry tea got a regular. Asked for silverware and got plastic. Had to wait 45 minutes because the don’t have enough people to wait. Staff came in and their just waking around. And an old couple is waiting to be seated. No excuse not to be seated.
