I have been ordering for our school monthly. There was only one time it was not great pizza, I did not complain. All the other times I have ordered pizza it has been very tasty. The Thin Crust pep is my favorite. The kids all love the cheese original pizza. I love ordering online, that has not failed me yet. Easy to do, saves my order for repeating monthly, amazing! Made a order for delivery, it never arrived, it wouldn’t let me cancel as it said to wait for order to leave store even after it said it was delivered. Contacted management for a refund, of which they then ghosted me. Will never order from this dominoes again. Hopefully the dispute goes through

Horrible service. Order missing 3 items. Then they forgot to remake the food they originally didn’t make. Then made it wrong. Still forgot one thing.One employee washed his hands then pushed down the trash then started making food with hands fresh from the trash. Manager was rude. Never got the right food no apology. Just a refund receipt put/slapped on the counter with no words from the manager. The 45 minutes I spent in the store two people called in complaining of missing or incorrect food and three others in the lobby had incorrect orders or missing orders. Do better. Dhec needs to visit and corporate needs to step in.

I came on a weekend however you know it was slam pack with calls. Their phone conversation customer service was exquisite. And when you enter the door everyone greets you. I had a small weight but it was worth every bit of it. It was very cool to watch through a transparent window of how they fix the pizza . It was very cool to watch and everyone working together as a team. when one of the employees needed something they will call it out and someone will willingly go and get what that one needed. Keep up the good work and thank you for the experience.

The sandwiches are a big waste of money! The buffalo chicken is made with the little chunks of chicken they put on the pizza, which I don’t have a problem, the problem was I got maybe 6 little chunks on the whole sandwich. Very disappointed! The only reason I go there is my mom likes the pizza. We will definitely be looking for another pizza spot.
