Pizza Hut as hard as you can. The prices are good, the food is better, and they are friendlier than the D heads. I’ve never had a bad experience there, and I’m quick to whine. It sucks that they made the delivery charge $5, rather than $2, because gas went up $1 a gallon when the owner pockets the difference. Just forget how math works

My husband and I order from Pizza Hut quite frequently and usually the food is superb. The delivery guy is a regular, always professional. We are also great tippers. However on Saturday 4/15, one of the two pizzas we ordered was over cooked and dried out. You could tell it had been sitting for awhile, as if someone else had ordered it but never picked it up. I immediately tried to call to express my disappointment but no one answered the phone after calling multiple times that evening. So I guess we’re taking a break from Pizza Hut, which is unfortunate because like I said my family eats a lot of pizza…we’re eating Broadway Pizza as I write this review.

Ordered 3 pizzas for dinner. One had a long human hair in it which was disgusting. Another pizza was burnt. All 3 pizzas were somewhat bland tasting and had way too little sauce. My kids were asking why there was no sauce. Seriously worst pizza we have had ordered in at least 15 years.

Is there a way we can get the number to the pizza hut store I prefer talking to yous rather than whoever answers for the company I really don’t feel comfortable giving my information to someone that isn’t in my location and also so we can call and check on our order I’m still waiting and not sure if it’s coming or not.

We’re in a newer build neighborhood 3 miles from this location. I called and asked them to add our address to their system so they could deliver to us. I was told that we’re outside of their delivery zone and they can’t deliver here. Seems ridiculous for only being 3 miles away. I guess we’ll keep ordering from Domino’s.

Great service and pizza received at this location. Have not been for many months and was pleased to be able to just stop by, order a pizza direct and it was ready in 10 minutes. Great service provided by Richard and appreciated the chat with manager Mike while we waited. Pizza was very good. So happy this location is still in business as there are not many locations in the Twin Cities anymore.

Bad customer service. We called pizza hut after I was told how much was spent on the pizza when he got home. The man who took the order said we should have asked for a special. My response is why would you not let us know the pizza we were ordering was on sale .very sad!! Times are hard , pizza hut you can do better!!!!
