The food here is da BOMB! The hot dogs are so good! The chocolate milkshake is so rich and thick, so get a spoon! The french fries are hot and salty too. The prices are really reasonable, especially for a college town. Will definitely return when we are back in town.

Most of the food is quite all right. It isn’t much to complain about but it’s not top tier quality. The milkshakes are probably some of the best I’ve had though. There were ACTUAL blueberries in my blueberry shake which made me surprised and happy. The Caramel Fudge is my favorite!

The absolute rudest staff I have ever seen in my life. They acted aggravated because I ordered food. Like it is your job to take my order. I was very polite when ordering. The lady replied “ hold on one sec” as I waited she followed up with “ you gone order or what?” I was confused because she just told me to wait. Then proceeded to get my order wrong.

The cashier’s name on the receipt said Cyntoria. I don’t know if that was lady who took my order, but I’m assuming so. We pulled up and it was very hard to understand her. I could tell she kept walking away from the mic before she finished talking. I had ordered a burger tray and asked her what came on the burger. She told me it was “pre-made”. I also ordered a chicken wrap, which you’re supposed to be able to choose between ranch, cajun, and honey mustard. She didn’t ask me which one I wanted before telling me to pull forward. When I got to the window, I asked her again what comes on the burger. She said, “I told you earlier that it comes pre-made.” I asked her if that meant it was just meat and bread or if it come with toppings? What. Comes. On. It. Then she says that she “told them to put cheese and everything on it”. So, she tells them what to put on it, therefore it’s not pre-made, right? Then I double checked with her that I could choose what came on my wrap. When I asked, she responded a sigh saying, “Oh lord, I told them put ranch on it.” She was very rude and rolled her eyes multiple times. If cookout has rules about hairnets, she wasn’t wearing one. When she handed us our drinks she set my card ona stack of napkins sitting in between the drinks, which almost fell. I asked for a reciept and she told me it would be in my bag with the food. It wasn’t. Overall the only good thing was the food and that it was hot.

Our experience was horrible, my gf and I went to get food after being hungry all day taking stuff to family’s house the lady on the intercom was rude and disrespectful to us and didn’t even look at us when we got to the window after we got our food with the poor service of someone that didn’t want to be there working we got home and have been up all night stomachs hurting and throwing up ( we both had 2 walkin tacos and chicken nuggets).
