I happen to to visit Freeport, IL and ended up ordering our dinner here. The place had a good ambiance and the people working there were very warm. I customized the menu options to accommodate my vegetarian and vegan diet. Unfortunately, the veggie rice and bean bowl came with cheese. The Taco meal was on the point and as per our request. Rest the portion size was good and the food tasted great. I wish for the price I paid they should have taken care of my request on the veggie bowl.

Steak tacos were amazing! The first time I came here I wasn’t as impressed with the shrimp quesadilla I got compared to other places I’ve gone. My friend got the shrimp chimicanga and I tried that also not to my liking compared to other restaurants, but the steak tacos were excellent. They bring out the chips and salsa right away when you sit down. I also ordered the strawberry margarita in the pineapple, was very strong with tequila, and they brought me an extra cup of the rest of the drink. Will definitely come back for the tacos!

Went here a few weeks ago and ordered a few items. We ordered the spinage dip and rice and beans. My family was with as well. They had a decent sized ordered. Took 45 minutes for the food to get to the table. You could tell it was all microwaved or something. The rice was dry and the beans had a sort of crust on them with the center being super hot. The spinage dip was I giant glob under all the “cheese” that was on top. The decore of the inside is very dirty and it’s super dark inside while you eat. The bathroom in the men’s room was clean but had 1 urinal missing and some giant green fake plant inside. Service was ok, the gentleman taking our order didn’t know anything on the menu or what the food had in it. I had to walk back into the kitchen when we were done to find someone to pay. All in all I wouldn’t recommend the food here. The prices here are crazy. My total was almost $20 for 2 appetizers

I absolutely love this place! One of my favorite restaurants in Freeport last night in town here having dinner with one of my best friends before moving away. Excellent choice. The food is great. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. The three tacos meal is amazing as are the fajitas.

I mistakenly called in a to go order at the galena st location and arrived to pick it up at the west st location. They were really friendly and made my families order fresh so I didn’t have to travel to the other location. Excellent food and customer service consistently. 10/10 would recommend.

The entrance to this restaurant was up a driveway on a hill. We stopped here for lunch and the prices were very reasonable. The margarita and beer were a little watery, certainly not strong. The food was okay but I wouldn’t necessarily come back here for dinner. The service was a little slow.
