This location is in need of hiring better wait staff and possibly management. There was only one cook for the entire restraunt during lunch. The one waitress was in need of assistance. The restrooms were dirty and appeared to have been that way for a long time. The food was the only good part of our experience.

I was told it would be a ten min wait. I walk in with my wife 2 sons and my baby daughter, there’s at least 8 tables open and 1 booth. Nobody comes up to ask us if we have been helped. 4 people made eye contact with us bit nobody said anything. Buffalo wild wings have gone down hill with customer service.

This places really urcked my soul. I heard nothing but good things. We ordered to-go and arrived 5 minutes after the time on the app said to arrive. I walked in and had NO customer service e. Finally, the really rude girl told me that they were 15 mins behind. So I waited 20 mins inside, watching alot of people getting their orders. Finally, I approached the desk area and asked for my order. She disappeared to the back, looking annoyed and returned 5 mins later with my order. I asked for the Pepsi and water I ordered and she said they didn’t have any and handed me one diet. Said it qoukd take 10 mins to do the return on the bottle water. I just walked out qith my cold food. WILL NEVER RETURN!

We went this night to celebrate my son’s 25th bday. I had made other plans, but per his request, and after a long time of not having my Asian Zing, we agreed BWW was the place. Let me say that our server was very friendly in taking our order. He only came to our table again after being called, 3rd time to drop off a check, but wait, we were there for 2 hours. I would say at least an hour of that was waiting to order, waiting for the food, then waiting for refills. I am going to go with a positive to try and say he was new, but I have not experienced that bad of service anywhere in quite some time. In a day and age when people want to get out, but can door dash pretty much everything, service is important. In Tracy, there are too many wing options. The one thing BWW has is the atmosphere. Even after telling both our server and the manager, it was my sons bday that day, they offered no dessert, shot, or even a song to him. We had a group of 6, so we needed drink refills that basically came with the final check. There was another lady who was hustling for us, but even she was overwhelmed filling in his gaps. The server didn’t even come back to pick up my credit card, I had to ask the other lady that was basically our server to check me out.

The food is incredible, the service is outstanding, but everytime I come here the bathroom looks like this…This is inexcusable and flat out DISGUSTING!!! There’s urine all over the floor, making it VERY slippery, the smell is atrocious. I had to wipe my feet OUTSIDE of the restroom. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! How does anyone that works here not notice this and fix this?

I ordered the bird dogs online. Waited for the ping to say come get your food. Never happened I finally just went in. My food was on the rack. Fries were cold, hard & burnt. Chicken was to small to be considered hot dog bun size. Chicken was also dry & overdone. Getting ppl on the phone that day seemed like a hard task so I had to just bite the bullet & take the lose of this meal. Not to mention this was my lunch break & by time I actually got my food I had maybe 7 mins left & was wildly disappointed in the fact that I chose BWW as my food of choice.
