every time I go to this Dairy Queen my food is always barely warm. you’d think waiting in line for a long time the food would be fresh or half way hot. my fries weren’t hot, & they looked like they were cooked early this morning or yesterday. not to mention the ranch is like soup consistency which is weird.

I’ve been coming to this DQ all of my life and I’ve never been treated do rudely. I don’t know her name but she practically threw my tray at me at my table and when I said thank you she turned her nose up and walked away and I said well you didn’t have to throw my tray at me and she came back to my table and started trying to make excuses and tell me how busy they were and I told her I didn’t want to hear her excuses but that’s no reason to be rude to a customer. I can describe what she looks like but don’t know her name. I’m calling the owner and have a talk with them to get her attitude straightened out. I’m putting this in the paper and on social media.

The person in charge in unfriendly and shows very little customer care. She rolled her eyes when I complained of extremely small amount of ice cream with the kids meal. The need to provide small portions with no smile or concern for the customer will insure I will hesitate before I choose to return.

Even though several employees recognized that I was there, I never was greeted and I never got to even order as it took so long that I walked out. I can only imagine that the conversation they were having amongst themselves were more important than recognizing the customer was there

I’ve lived in this area all my life we had DG a long time before others came. We stopped getting food because it was cold,burnt or just wrong so we thought we will try it again now I remember why we stopped. And to add the frosting on the cake all the workers were Mexican that’s no problem but when they start talking and pointing at you and laughing you know who their talking about to be honest I was afraid to eat my food worried they might have done something to my food. When my husband had to park and go in because the order is so wrong they get mad at him and funny thing the ticket was right so how did they get it wrong. Sorry so long I know it could be better I worked there year’s ago food didn’t go out like this we will not be going back.
