It’s like your not even in the drive thru, you are going to be waiting on service for a minimum of 35 minutes to 1 hour and that’s just to be able to give them your order. I’m not even exaggerating. If at all possible pass up this Arby’s.

Miranda told me she doesn’t have the ingredients for a new promotional item that’s on a big sign in the restaurant. I proceed to just ask for 2 sides of the cheese sauce for my fries and she tells me she doesn’t have containers for that. This is one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve encountered at a fast food chain. They need to not promote items they don’t have and have basic items that I’ve never had a problem with at any other Arby’s….or any other food chain in general for that matter. In conclusion figure out your (oh so complicated) loaded fries and plastic souffle/Ramekin cups.

15 mins to get nuggets and a sandwich. Restaurant dirty and unkempt. Service was awful cause employees don’t seem to focus on making food but spinning around in confusion at the 2 orders they are doing. What a waste of money and time

Horrible service everytime I stop in. Then I could only order a classic due to a meat shortage. Then after leaving, I take a bite and realize it’s not true Arby’s roast beef. Looked like fake salami. Do better!
