I go here all the time. Recently within the last couple of weeks something has happened with their cups and/or lids. Every time I get a coffee now they are leaking coffee everywhere. I asked about it today and was told they “…are trying to save money with cheaper cups” The management needs to address this. Coffee stains and if I have the choice between ruining my clothes or literally crossing the street to go to any number of their competitors (McDonald’s, Starbucks, Mary Lou’s…) I would do it.

I’ve decided to write my review as I still sit here in the drive through line for 30 minutes now on a Sunday at 3pm. I can visibly see at least 2 employees inside. No customers inside. Drive through line was only 3 people when I arrived but the employees only come to the window every so often. I could brew my own coffee in 5 minutes they are clearly ignoring the customers and doing something else. Will NEVER come back to this Dunkin again. 35 minutes now and I still am sitting at the window with out my order which I’ve already paid for

employees are the most incompetent people i’ve ever interacted with. waited 25 mins just for them to have “very little lemonade left” and wouldn’t make my drink with anything except green tea or coconut milk. not to mention how the guy snatched the money out of the women in front of me in lines hand.

i feel for this place because it’s clear they’re understaffed but this place is seriously disorganized . not sure if there’s something wrong with the system for mobile ordering but i mobile order and they don’t know what i ordered …and this is the 2nd time this week earlier this week they forgot one of my items. i work in a coffee place too so i sympathize and even hesitated to write a bad review especially because i don’t blame the workers but the management needs to seriously revamp this place. also the customer service from some workers is concerning . why do you sound confused that i pulled up to the speaker . I got the pink strawberry coconut refresher. First the drink was pouring out and on the counter!! 2nd there is no real strawberry in this drink! She poured some juice from a box into the coconut milk. And 3rd the taste was terrible.

Never get a simple coffee drink right the first time, have to pass it back through the window, and then end up covered in liquid sugar (that I originally asked for IN the coffee). Poor customer service, and poor wait time. They are definitely understaffed and don’t care about what they’re doing.
