We ordered a fajita dinner, drinks and cookies from the catering service at Barberitos to be delivered. Our group size was 30 people. The delivery was on time, but what was sent was not correct per our order. We should have recieved plates, cups, napkins and Tortillas (flour & corn); however these were all missing. We also received more unsweet tea and less lemonade than ordered. We called the restaurant and they said they couldn’t help because it was a catering order that went out before their shift started and asked me to call the manager. I did, the manager had a second delivery sent out which included frozen tortillas, plates and cups. We do not recomend using their catering service.

Ordered two different burritos for delivery. They didn’t bother labeling so I had to figure out which one was spicy chicken. Then I got to chew on some old rock hard rice and nearly break my teeth. Red salsa was slimy and tasted like it was going bad. Honestly I’m done trying this place. Its just never very good.

It’s always dirty, staff has seems to go from bad to worst. Food used to be okay, but it’s gotten worst. Due to staff and location being so dirty I decided to walk out rather than getting food poisoning.

Food is good, but the place is generally dirty, and the staff are never good. It seems like they only hire kids that could care less about their jobs. The salsa containers are often empty or gross and filthy. The drink station often has lids and straws missing. The kid making my bowl throw the ingredients all into the middle and clear didn’t care. I don’t expect great service at fast food joints, but this was pushing it even for me.

Been to this location several times when they first opened and it was good. Can’t say the same thing about this location now. Was serve a chicken bowl with old cardboard dry chicken. The owner told me they cook the chicken a certain amount of time and he is sorry he can not replace my order. The chicken obviously had been sitting in the warmer most of the day. I did not argue. I simply threw away my bowl and left. I have not been there since.

Unclean floors. Tofu was not kept on heat. Price higher than Moe’s. Bland food. Salsa tastes like spicy bean water. Tortillas are undercooked on the burritos. I overheard the manager (who was wearing a hoodie for some reason) telling an employee that he had to tax tips, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. They have that crunchy ice though, like Chik Fil A ice, so that was nice. Cheese dip pretty good.

Got my burrito delivered and was shocked when I saw how small it was. I ordered a regular size burrito and it is tiny it almost fits in the palm of my hand. Burritos are normally way bigger very disappointed. Rip off.

Holy burrito bowls Batman. This place never lets me down. I don’t care for tacos and burritos too much so I really like that this place uses fresh ingredients. For me this place is way better then chipotle or MOES.
