Terrible terrible terrible! Bread was hard as a rock and burnt beyond ability to eat. Also simply asked for the sandwich to have half lettuce after telling the guy it was for my kids and they agree on all toppings except lettuce so only wanted lettuce on half. They told me I had to order two separate sandwiches ! The quality is down and the management is clearly nickel and diming their customers. Read the other one star reviews they will be out of business soon

Poor customer service. Read all the reviews. Nothing above 2 stars. The front door is broke. You need a weight lifter to pull it open. Therefore Not wheelchair accessible.

Who doesn’t know Jimmy Johns?! They’re pretty good. Make sure they cut the bread in half otherwise they won’t. You don’t really need to order in advance because they’re so fast at making your sandwhich.

I suspect some drivers avoid delivery orders that are not to houses/easy destinations. When ordering delivery to the office I work in, I’ve waited upwards of 45 minutes for a sandwich despite being a 5 minute drive from the store. I’ve had to take time from my lunch to pick it up for fear that I will have to wait a long time for my sandwich.

There is nothing freaky fast about their delivery. Several orders now, most taking a good hour or longer to deliver within a couple miles. Other sandwich places much faster and better tasting, but I do enjoy their unwich option since going lower carb.
